How do I play?
Drag letter tiles from your hand onto the crossword (or tap a tile to drop it into the selected square), then tap Play. Right tiles score their points, finished words add mult, and the play scores points × mult. Beat the round's target before your plays run out. "Play the tutorial" on the title screen walks you through a round.
How do I unlock more tile sets?
Win a run (all 20 rounds) with a tile set to unlock the next one. There are 12, each a step harder than the one before.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device only: there are no accounts. Your run saves after every move, so you can close the game and carry on later. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and it can't be moved to another device.
What do the ads do?
Every ad is optional: watch one for two more plays when a round runs out, a free shop restock, a doubled round payout, a free hint or one more card in a pack. You never have to watch an ad to play.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Where your region's rules ask for consent, the game's Settings page has a Privacy choices row: tap it to change your choices. On iPhone and iPad you can also turn tracking off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. See the privacy policy.
Can I play in another language?
Yes: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German or Russian, under Settings → Language. Each has its own words and letter bag. A run keeps the language it started in.
When does the daily run change?
At midnight UTC. Everyone gets the same 10 rounds that day, and you get one try.
